Presenting work digitally

Textiles 3 student Catherine Lewis uses video to present assignment 4 for tutor formative feedback.

I am excited to share with you today a presentation made by Catherine Lewis who is currently studying Textiles 3: Personal Specialism. She made a recording to present her work to me during this time of COVID19, when physical work cannot be sent in the post. To do this Catherine used a combination of Zoom and PowerPoint to present and record her understanding, knowledge and thoughts. She effectively shares what her project is about, how the decision making came about and how this led to the development of her ideas.

To find out more about Catherine’s work visit her online learning log https://katielewistextiles3.blogspot.com/

I am really grateful to Catherine for allowing me to share her work.

  • Thanks again Catherine for allowing us all to see your presentation. With or with COVID19 video presentations are becoming more popular so it is great to have such a fine example here.

  • Thank you Catherine for sharing your process. It was interesting to hear you explain the links between your choices and your meanings.

    Best wishes going forward.
