Refund and Compensation Policy

The Refund and Compensation Policy provides information on how and when you can receive a refund. It also covers how refunds and reduction of fees work if you have funding support from a third party like Student Finance. Lastly, it covers compensation claims, how these are considered and who decides them.

This policy applies to all enrolments that start from 1st August 2026 onwards.
