Every member of the OCA community is important. A key part of studying the arts is hearing from and engaging with different perspectives and experiences. All of which our students bring with them in spades.
Because we value Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion so highly, we do not want to take it for granted. Our policies in this area are designed to ensure we build and maintain a positive learning environment, address any gaps that we identify, and open up opportunities for all of our students.
