OCA does not tolerate any behaviour which any member of the College community feels is harassment, bullying or victimisation. This policy sets out the steps that the Open College of the Arts takes in dealing with harassment and bullying. This relates to the culture that we create, and the specific actions we take to address these issues including training, and measures.
If you feel that you have been bullied or harassed, the policy also covers how to report this. We also explain how we review incidents, and what happens if someone is found to be bullying or harassing.
