Dr Pragya Agarwal is a behavioural and data scientist and author of ‘Sway: Unravelling Unconscious Bias’ recently published with Bloomsbury. She is a freelance journalist writing for national and international publications, and founder of a research think-tank ’50 percent project’, two-time TEDx speaker and an inclusivity consultant. In this talk, she will introduce why it is important to think about unconscious bias, what impact it has on our decision-making and behaviour, and what we can do about it.
