Virtual study event: NO SHOW, MA Fine Art 2020

Join students from the MA Fine Art cohort along with tutor Hayley Lock to view and discuss the work made for NO SHOW, the first virtual exhibition held by the OCA.

Wednesday 29 July 6pm – 8pm

Led by OCA tutor Hayley Lock, this zoom session will give current students studying with the OCA, the opportunity to hear about the MA Fine Art journey through to the realisation of making and selecting work for the OCA’s first virtual end of study online exhibition.

Presenting work to an audience is key to the MA in terms of Professional Practice and this event will offer some of the MA students an opportunity to talk about their varying practices to an open audience. During this session students will contextualise their practice and talk about the processes and approaches to making highly sophisticated and articulate work across a broad range of topics.

At the end of the session there will be a chance to ask questions about the work seen, as well as offer an opportunity to ask questions to the students around the MA learning journey.

  • Hello, is this session going to be recorded/made available to watch later? I’d love to attend but I have to be at another Zoom meeting at exactly the same time.

  • Hi Alex,
Unfortunately we are unable to record this this time, however should you have any specific questions that you would like to ask, please feel free to email them to me for me to distribute.
