Format, the Derby International Photography Festival opens later this month and OCA tutors Derek Trillo and Andrew Conroy will be leading a study visit on Saturday 28 March. The Festival is clearly going from strength to strength and there is a lot to see across the city.
The theme this year is ‘Evidence’ and as in previous years this has been interpreted widely – with the first Uk exhibition of Nicolo Degiorgis’ Hidden Islam and Zhao Renhui’s A Guide to the Flora and Fauna of the World standing out among a host of exhibitions worth visiting. It should be a great day.

Gareth, do you have any idea what time we will meet for this! I know we get a proper schedule a week before, but train tickets are so much cheaper if you can book in advance!

My thanks to tutors Derek Trillo and Andrew Conroy for an enjoyable study visit. So much to see, take in and absorb. I’m glad I stayed over and continued on Sunday, the Pearson building was a worthwhile visit.
