Two more Subject Representatives for OCASA

Following the announcement last week of the appointment of Subject Representatives for Fine Art and Music on the OCASA Executive Committee, I am pleased to announce that nominees have come forward for two other subject areas:
Sarah Dodds – Textiles (Personal statement/bio here)
Brenda Knee – Creative Writing (Personal statement/bio here)
As the only nominees in these areas, they are automatically elected to the positions and I would like to thank Sarah and Brenda for agreeing to serve on the OCASA Committee.  I look forward to working with them both as they join Mary Adam, Fine Art, and Chris Lawry, Music, and the OCASA Committee begins to take shape.
This is also an opportunity to remind Photography students to vote in the election of their representative.  The candidates are
Sarah Gallear (Personal statement/bio here)
Stuart McQuade (Personal statement/bio here)
All students in the Photography group should have received an e-mail from OCA, with a link for online voting.  If it is still sitting in your Inbox, please follow the link and vote.  If by any chance you have not received your e-mail, please contact OCA via enquiries@oca-uk.com
Can I also remind Visual Communications students that they have a representative position on the OCASA Committee but that we have as yet received no nominations.  If anyone is interested or would like to discuss the situation, please contact me on president@ocasa.org.uk
