Virtual study event: Write where you are
I don’t know about you, but I feel as if lockdown has tied me very much to one corner of the world – my house, and the neighbourhood I live in. I’ve made discoveries close to home, in places I might never have thought to look. Much as I’ve longed to get away sometimes, I’ve also gained a stronger feeling of the community where I live. In this workshop we’ll explore the places we inhabit most, the views we see every day, the map we create on our daily walks. We’ll read poems and prose about place and spaces, and pay homage to the ones that we feel both connected to and stuck in.
Join OCA tutor Suzannah Evans on zoom 6pm-8pm Tuesday 28 July.
All students are welcome to attend. To register your interest please complete the booking form here.
