Virtual study event: Paradise, Garden.

Across both sessions, we will look further at the relationship between the real, the photographic, the digital and the physical. You will be sharing work on a group Padlet as well as working together from time to time. There is a playful edge to these sessions to reflect the considerations of Bosch as well as the theme of the fantastical garden.

Virtual study event: Contamination/Curation

The October Keeping up Momentum sessions will aim to motivate and challenge and help you to contextualise your work. There will be two workshops, approximately two hours each, led by OCA tutor Bryan Eccleshall.  The first session will be on October 3 at 10am with a follow-up on the 24.

Regional group in focus: OCA East of England

My hope is that we can resume in person meetings as soon as practicable with a combination of tutor contributions, gallery visits and more informal meetings. We could also continue to meet remotely recognising that it is a useful addition to our programme and aids access.

In this workshop we’ll explore the places we inhabit most, the views we see every day, the map we create on our daily walks. We’ll read poems and prose about place and spaces, and pay homage to the ones that we feel both connected to and stuck in.
