The Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) Administrator is a new role to support the Information Advice and Guidance team in marketing conversion and student onboarding activities at the Open College of the Arts. The post reports to the Head of Student Services.
The role holder will be expected to administer the functions of the support teams, proactively engaging with new and ongoing initiatives aimed at improving the service and experience of studying with OCA.
Applicants will ideally have a background in administration, and have an understanding of distance learning in Higher Education.
Attention to detail is vital, as is maintaining organisation in a busy environment, working to tight deadlines, and the ability to proactively solve problems.
