As Head of Student Services, I am responsible for the student experience at OCA and services including Learner Support and advice services. I have a degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of East Anglia and have worked in student support and guidance for three other UK universities. Outside OCA I have two claims to fame: I have appeared in a production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the Royal Shakespeare Company, and am also a published poet.
